POLICIES AND NOTICES
Prepaying for your service(s) or packages:
For travel bridal packages (3 or more makeup applications) and for corporate events, a 50% non-refundable deposit for the total cost of services is required.
Cancellations:
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel an appointment. If you can do so, your service cost will be waived, and your appointment will be rescheduled. However, failure to provide 24-hour notice will result in client no-show charges for the total cost of your scheduled services.
No-Show Clients:
You will be considered a no-show if you miss your scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice, or arrive excessively late beyond the 15-minute grace period.
Prepaying Clients:
Clients who have prepaid for their services or packages who are late or are a no-show for their scheduled appointment(s), will automatically be deducted the cancellation fee from the package balance and must pay the remaining balance to continue with their service(s).
Late Arrivals:
Your punctuality is greatly appreciated, please try to be ready 5 to 10 minutes early for your scheduled appointment. Your time is respected, and the reciprocation is appreciated. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled to another date, and the full cost of the service will still apply.
Exceptions:
Understandably though, life happens, and there may be some exceptions made in case of genuine emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. In such situations, the cancellation or no-show fees could be waived.
